According to Article 16 of the Pacific Credit Card Charter of Bank of Communications:
The cardholder shall repay all repayments arising from the use of the credit card on time in accordance with the contract of receipt, and shall not refuse to repay any repayment on the grounds of disputes with special merchants, institutions handling cash withdrawal business, co-partners or any other third party.
Credit card holders who fail to repay in full or make cash advance transactions on schedule will not enjoy the interest-free repayment period, and will pay the overdraft interest of all overdraft transactions (including the repaid part) or cash advance transactions that do not meet the interest-free conditions from the transaction bookkeeping date to the repayment bookkeeping date, with compound interest on a monthly basis.

According to Article 17 of the Pacific Credit Card Charter of Bank of Communications:
Quasi-credit card overdraft does not enjoy interest-free repayment period and minimum repayment amount, but it should pay overdraft interest from the transaction bookkeeping date to the repayment bookkeeping date. Within the scope permitted by applicable laws, the card issuer may collect liquidated damages for the credit card holder's failure to repay the minimum repayment amount on time as agreed in the acquiring contract.
The overdraft interest rate of credit cards, annual fees, liquidated damages and other fees (hereinafter referred to as fees) shall be charged in accordance with the provisions of the schedule of fees.
