All natural persons who have reached the age of 18, have full capacity for civil conduct, good credit standing, have the ability to repay on time, and can provide application materials or guarantees recognized by the card issuer can apply for personal credit cards from the card issuer with their valid identity documents.

Personal card holders can apply for supplementary cards for their spouses and immediate family members. The application for supplementary card must be confirmed by the cardholder of the main card through personal signature, customer service telephone recording, electronic signature or a way recognized by both the cardholder and the card issuer. The main cardholder can apply for adjustment or cancellation of the supplementary card at any time.

According to Article 8 of Yellow River Credit Card Articles of Association of Yellow River Rural Commercial Bank System:

Applicants (including units and individuals) applying for Yellow River Credit Card must agree to abide by the Articles of Association, fill in the application form as required, confirm the fulfillment of the Yellow River Credit Card Contract, and provide true, valid and legal information as required by the card issuer. The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of the application form and the contents of the certification materials.

According to the credit status of the applicant, the card issuing institution decides whether to issue the card, whether to require the applicant to provide the guarantee and the guarantee method, determines the card receiving method and type, and verifies the credit line of the account. No matter whether the card issuer agrees with the applicant's application, the application materials will not be returned.
