After the Jinsui credit card is lost, you can report the loss through the following methods:

1. Call our credit card 24-hour service hotline 4006695599 (for areas where 400 is not available, please call 021-61195599 , please dial +86-21-61195599 from abroad) to report the loss.

2. Registered customers of mobile banking can log in to the mobile banking client and click on the credit card - settings - report loss and replace card menu to report the loss.

3. Online banking registered customers can report the loss through the "Personal Online Banking Login" and click on the credit card - card management - loss report and replacement card menu.

4. Bring your ID card to an Agricultural Bank of China branch to handle the card loss report and replacement business.

Note: Once the loss report business is processed, it will take effect immediately and is irrevocable. The loss report handling fee of 50 yuan will be directly deducted from the cardholder's account (free for special cards such as Platinum Card). Our bank will bear your loss report and take effect. In the event that the card is used fraudulently, a new card will be mailed to you in a timely manner.

After the credit card is approved, the card will be issued and mailed by the Credit Card Center of the head office.

Public and Gold Cards are sent by registered mail (for registered mail number, you can call 11185 to check), and the mailing time is about 7-15 working days.

Platinum cards and card sets are sent by EMS express (you can call 11183 to check the express number), and the mailing time is about 3-5 working days.

If you check the branch to collect the card on the application form, the card will be issued by the branch.
