Notes on pre-cancellation of the Bank of China credit card account:

1. After pre-cancellation of the credit card, the status cannot be restored and the card cannot be used.

2. Points will be cleared after pre-cancellation of the credit card account. It is recommended to redeem in advance.

3. If the main credit card is pre-cancelled, all supplementary cards under the card will be pre-cancelled and cannot be used.

4. If there are unpaid installments in the credit card, the remaining unpaid installments after pre-cancellation will be credited to the account at once.

5. After pre-closing your credit card account, you cannot purchase foreign exchange over the phone. If you have foreign currency debts, please purchase foreign exchange in advance or repay directly in the corresponding currency.

6. If the credit card payment has been stopped in the early stage, it is recommended to wait until the disputed transaction is verified clearly before closing the account.

7. After pre-cancelling your credit card account, please pay attention to your bill. If you have any debt, please pay it back in time according to the bill prompts.

8. 45 days after the credit card is pre-cancelled and the balance is zero, the account will be officially closed. Please cut it along the magnetic stripe/chip of the card to invalidate it.
