: Precautions
1. If you need to leave the park temporarily, you will stamp the back of your hand with ink at the exit. Just show your seal and admission ticket when you re-enter;
2. In case of lightning, all outdoor amusement facilities in the park may be temporarily closed, and no refund will be given due to the weather;
3. If you feel uncomfortable in the middle of the park, the emergency room of the water adventure park is under the whirlpool slide.
4. Indoor and outdoor shower facilities are provided in the park. Indoor shower facilities in men's and women's toilets;
5. Adventure River will provide rubber rafts for free. Guests who experience the rainbow reef tour must wear personal floating clothes, which are provided free of charge in the scenic spot;
6. the adventure park does not provide towels, so you should prepare your own towels;
7. The lockers in the park are paid for, and you can pick up and put things unlimited times throughout the day. There are $2 large lockers and $1 small lockers a day in the park.
8. You can take photos in the park. My camera equipment is GOPROHERO4. However, professionally produced cameras are not allowed in the park;

Dear adventurous friends, do you dare to confront the overlord head-on in the sea? Dive into shark waters and swim and dance with more than 1 sharks at close range. Tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. We encourage our guests to book tickets for the Water Adventure Park at the same time as they book their rooms.
do I have to pay extra for the amusement facilities in the water adventure park?
Your ticket includes all the amusement facilities in the water adventure park, except the squid bay experience and the rest pavilion, which need to be charged separately. If you want to inquire about these additional experiences and facilities, please go to the customer service counter in person during the garden visit.
what are my preferred payment methods?

if your tickets are purchased through the online system or the resort international group reservation hotline, you can go to the group ticket counter to reprint the unused tickets. In order to confirm your identity, you must show the credit card used to buy tickets and the photo ID card. If your ticket was purchased at the ticket office, you need to bring your ticket voucher to the group ticket counter for help.
can I leave the water adventure park and re-enter?
admission to the adventure park is valid all day. If you need to leave the park temporarily, please ask for the seal on the back of your hand at the exit. When entering again, you must show your seal and admission ticket. Special activities are subject to additional terms and conditions.
I can't visit the water adventure park on the original date. Can I visit it another day?
I'd like to remind you that the tickets for the water adventure park are printed with the specified visit date. Once the ticket purchase process is completed, cancellation, refund or change of details are not allowed.
