What is a business card?
Official card refers to the central fiscal budget official card, which is based on the relevant provisions of the "Interim Measures for the Management of Official Cards of Central Budget Units" (Ca Kui [2007] No. 63) issued by the Ministry of Finance and the People's Bank of China and established. This card is mainly suitable for central budget unit staff to use in daily official expenses and financial reimbursement business, and can also be used as a credit card for private consumption. Each cardholder can only apply for one business card and cannot apply for additional cards. In order to fully implement the official card system, the Ministry of Finance issued a notice on September 27, 2012, requiring that the official card system be fully implemented by the end of 2012.
