If the electricity fee paid by CITIC Bank's credit card is not counted as points, according to the credit card points accumulation rules of CITIC Bank, cardholders can accumulate points by swiping their cards at general retail merchants, ordering goods through the card center, and borrowing cash in advance by CITIC Credit Card, but the following transaction types are not counted as points:

(1) Annual fee, handling fee, over-limit fee, revolving interest, late payment fee and other credit card fees;

(2) The related expenses of withholding and collecting and remitting;

(3) Shopping mall installment transaction: any transaction under the installment business of shopping malls since September 14, 2006 (including September 14);

(4) all online payment transactions (except as otherwise provided by the network co-branded card);

(5) wholesale transactions;

(6) Merchants' transactions with low discount rate, zero discount rate and special billing types are not included in the points, including but not limited to transactions of automobiles, real estate sales, wholesale merchants, public schools, hospitals, telecommunications, finance (including banks and securities), insurance, agriculture, rural areas and farmers, social services and non-profit organizations;

(7) The Card Center reserves the right to pursue the legal responsibility of the cardholder, and the right to recover the points and gifts that have been given through malicious transactions such as abnormal means or non-personal consumption transactions;

(8) blue card cash withdrawal transaction;

(9) Other items specified separately by CITIC Bank Credit Card Center;

(10) is a consumer transaction that belongs to the merchant category specified by China CITIC Bank and does not participate in the accumulation of points.

Among the merchant categories that are not included in the credit card points accumulation rules of CITIC Bank, it is clearly stipulated that water and electricity payment (48 14), water and electricity payment (4899) and public utilities (electricity, gas, tap water and cleaning services) (4900) shall not accumulate transaction points.
