Forty-first cardholders can use credit cards to shop in special units. The unit card shall not be used to settle commodity transactions and labor supply funds of more than 654.38+10,000 yuan.
Forty-second cardholders are required to submit their credit cards and ID cards to the agents of special units when shopping with their cards. IC cards and photo cards are exempt from ID cards.
Article 43 When accepting credit cards, the handling personnel of special units shall review the following contents:
(a) It is indeed an acceptable credit card for the company;
(two) the credit card is not included in the "stop payment list" within the validity period;
(3) There is no "sample card" or "special card" on the signature strip;

Forty-fourth after accepting the credit card review, the special unit should fill in the actual settlement amount, purpose, cardholder ID number, special unit name and number according to the purchase order on the card.
If the payment limit is exceeded, you should claim the rights from the issuing bank, fill in the authorization number and submit it to the cardholder for signature and confirmation. At the same time, check whether the signature is consistent with the signature on the back of the card. Return the credit card, ID card and the first shopping list to the cardholder.
If problems are found in the review, they should contact the signing bank in time to seek treatment advice. The credit card that has been stopped should be recovered and returned to the issuing bank.
Article 45 At the end of each business day, the special unit shall summarize the credit card purchase orders accepted on that day, calculate the handling fee and net amount, fill in the remittance (general) order and the bill of entry, and send them to the acquiring bank together with the purchase order for entry.
Article 46 If the cardholder requests a return, the special unit shall use the return slip to press (swipe) the card, deduct the amount of the return slip from the accumulated amount of the purchase slip signed on the same day, and send the return slip together with the purchase slip to the receiving bank.
Article 47 After receiving all kinds of documents sent by the special unit, the acquirer shall, after examination, enter the accounts for the special unit and settle the funds with the issuing bank.
Article 48 The issuing bank (or correspondent bank) shall handle the payment procedures for the cardholder after receiving all kinds of documents transmitted by the acquirer through the same city bill exchange or through this system.
Forty-ninth cardholders in different places with the card through the bank to the payee, the bank should be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the special unit.

Chapter VI Cash Deposit and Withdrawal
Article 50 Cash deposited by an individual cardholder or his agent shall be handled at the issuing bank or his agent bank.
If a cardholder deposits cash with a credit card in an issuing bank or an agent bank, the bank shall affix a card stamp on the deposit slip, and after receiving the cash, submit the deposit slip and the credit card receipt to the cardholder.
If the cardholder entrusts others to deposit cash without pressing the card, the agent shall fill in the cardholder's card number, name and deposit amount on the credit card deposit slip, and send the cash to the bank for deposit formalities.
Article 51 When withdrawing cash from a bank, the cardholder shall submit his credit card and identity card to the bank or correspondent bank. IC cards and photo cards are exempt from ID cards.
