Won't it hurt your family to owe hundreds of thousands of credit cards?
Legal analysis: owing hundreds of thousands of credit cards will not bring trouble to your family. If the debtor is a person with full capacity for civil conduct and the loan contract concluded with others is legal and valid, the legally established contract is legally binding on the parties concerned. The parties shall perform their obligations as agreed, and shall not alter or terminate the contract without authorization. The loan contract is only binding on both parties, that is, only the debtor can pay the debts, and the parents have no obligation to pay the debts. If the credit card is overdue and fails to repay within two months after three reminders, and the amount exceeds 5,000 yuan, the bank has the right to sue.
