U shield can't be found because China Bank doesn't have a U shield for online banking. There are two common security authentication tools for online banking of Bank of China, namely BOC E Order and BOC E Shield.

1. Bank of China E-Token is a special kind of hardware, with a built-in power supply, a password generation chip and a display screen, which can automatically update the dynamic password regularly according to a special algorithm.

2. BOC E-Shield is an advanced security authentication tool based on USBKey and embedded with digital certificate, which is widely used by banks at home and abroad. BOC E Shield integrates LCD display and key confirmation functions, which can effectively check transactions and identity authentication.

How to check E-Shield information in China Bank Mobile Banking?

Go to the homepage of China Bank and click Login.

Enter your click account and password, and then click Login.

Click Security Center and Settings.

Click Manage Security Tools.

Click on the security tool interface to view the information of BOC E shield.

Enter your BOC e-shield information interface, and you can see the details.
