1. Log in to online banking of official website and China Construction Bank, and select "Personal Online Banking Login";
2. After logging into your personal account, find "Personal Certificate Expiration Update" in the "More Services" box at the far right of the interface;
3. Click "Personal Certificate Expiration Update", insert the network shield, and the "China Construction Bank Network Shield Certificate Update Tool" box will pop up automatically;
4. Click Update Now, enter the password of the Internet shield, and click OK to complete the update transaction.
In addition to automatically updating yourself through online banking channels, you can also bring your ID card, bank card and U shield to the counter of CCB's business outlets and ask the staff to help update or replace the new U shield.
If the online banking certificate expires and cannot be used, you can only cancel the online banking at the CCB bank counter, apply for re-registration and complete the signing before you can use it again.
