Cards of individual small and medium-sized banks and rural credit cooperatives (some rural credit cooperatives cannot communicate with each other in their own regional outlets);

Bank cards issued overseas;

Bank cards of overseas card organizations other than UnionPay, such as VISA and MasterCard, cannot be bound to China UnionPay Express;

When the bank card cannot be bound to China UnionPay Express, first check whether the bank card can be used normally. If it is not the above problem, it is recommended to consult UnionPay customer service.
