This can reduce the handling fee.

1. Cash withdrawal at the counter: Cardholders can bring their ID cards and credit cards to the bank business hall, apply for cash withdrawal from the counter staff, and then enter the withdrawal password according to their requirements.

4. Will the overpayment be repaid automatically?
The overpaid part will not be repaid automatically, but the cardholder will deduct the overpaid part first when swiping the credit card, and then use the quota to spend. Overpayment means that the cardholder overpays the credit card or the money stored in the credit card, and the cardholder can choose to take it out or leave it in the credit card account for consumption.
