Can I apply for loan suspension before online lending?
Of course. Loans are not very common imagination. Although the loan business is getting more and more popular now, more and more people apply for loans, but the number and amount of people who don't pay back after loans are also rising sharply. If the loan is not paid, users can apply for negotiation with the bank, and successful negotiation can reduce a lot of repayment pressure.

1. How to negotiate to stop paying the loan?

Article 70 of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Credit Card Business of Commercial Banks stipulates that under special circumstances, if it is confirmed that the credit card debt exceeds the cardholder's repayment ability and the cardholder is still willing to repay, the issuing bank may reach a personalized installment repayment agreement with the cardholder through equal consultation, and the term of the personalized installment repayment agreement shall not exceed 5 years.

If both parties reach an agreement and sign an installment repayment agreement, the card-issuing bank and its card-issuing service institution shall stop the collection of the cardholder, except that the cardholder fails to perform the installment repayment agreement. If an oral repayment agreement is reached, the issuing bank must keep the recorded data until the date of settlement of the arrears. Although there are such regulations, banks will not easily agree to these requirements. The regulations say that "banks can negotiate with cardholders on an equal footing", so the initiative is in the hands of banks, and banks may not negotiate with you. Of course, most banks can negotiate successfully if the method is proper.

2. Under what circumstances can I apply for suspension of payment?

1, special circumstances, such as illness and hospitalization, unemployment, natural disasters, business failure, fraud and other special circumstances, need to issue a special case certificate to the bank.

2. Confirm that the amount owed by the credit card exceeds the cardholder's repayment ability. Because of special circumstances, it really exceeds his repayment ability, and the existing income is not proportional to the debt. If the current debt is 6,543,800+and the monthly income is only 3,000-4,000, there is really no way to repay the debt in the short term, and provide your income certificate or salary flow to the bank. 3. How can the cardholder prove that he is still willing to repay? If you haven't lost contact after the deadline, you can let the bank contact you at any time and pay back some money more or less every month. This is the most effective proof of your willingness to repay, not maliciously overdue. Even if you haven't paid back the money after the deadline, you should give the bank a reasonable explanation so that it can accept it.

4. Seek assistance when necessary, such as mediation center, consumer protection, professional consulting institutions, etc. If a personalized repayment agreement is reached with the bank, it must be repaid on time according to the agreed amount every month, otherwise the personalized repayment agreement is invalid and the bank is likely to go through legal procedures directly. To sum up, although it is possible to negotiate with the bank according to the regulations, the degree and result of negotiation depend on the final decision of the bank. It doesn't mean that you can talk about success, and you must keep a good attitude when negotiating.
