you can't apply for a long-term increase over the phone. I suggest you try to handle it through our self-service channels (mobile banking, WeChat), and the increase result will be returned within 1-3 natural days. The result will be subject to SMS. Or you can wait for our bank to increase the amount of cards that meet the increase conditions from time to time.
