1. Please call the customer service hotline at 400-800-9888 on the back of the credit card, select the corresponding language, and enter your 16-digit credit card number and inquiry password.

2. According to the voice prompt, select the card activation option under the menu of "Card Activation Password Management and Other Services".

3. Enter the last 3 digits printed on the signature column on the back of the card, and then press # to confirm.

4. Enter your home phone number or mobile phone number (area code and extension number are not required), and then press # to confirm.

5. Activation succeeded. Please enter 6 digits as your transaction password and press # to confirm.

6. Enter the 6-digit transaction password again and press # to confirm.
