Card application review time:

1. Apply for a card through branch outlets or sub-centers: Under normal circumstances, after submitting the information, our bank will pre-examine it at your local marketing center. After passing, the materials will be sent to our headquarters. The review results will be available within 30 working days after the data is entered into the system. After the data is entered into the system and the review is completed, a text message will be sent to the mobile phone number you reserved on the application form. If you do not find the application record, it means that the card center of the head office has not received your application information. It is recommended that you consult the staff who handled the card for you at that time to verify the pre-examination status;

2. Apply for the card online : Card-holding customers will be reviewed as soon as T 1; new customers will be reviewed immediately after submitting the application (generally within 15 minutes), and a text message will be sent to inform you of the pre-review results. Afterwards, the credit review will be officially reviewed, and the system will notify you Send review results.

If passed, the card will generally be printed and sent to the post office within 5 working days after the card is approved. If the card has special craftsmanship, an additional 3 working days will be added.

If your application has been approved, the card center will produce a card for you as soon as possible. After the card is produced, it will be mailed to you by registered mail or express. Please check it carefully.

Generally, the card will be printed and delivered to the post office (or EMS express) within 3 working days after the card is approved. If the card has special craftsmanship (such as ID card, photo card, special-shaped card, etc.), the original card production time will be delayed by 2 working days. After the card is sent, the mailing order number will be sent to your reserved mobile phone, and the mailing status can be tracked according to the mailing order number.
