Cash transactions handled with the card do not enjoy the interest-free repayment period. Bank of China will charge you interest at a daily interest rate of 0.5% from the accounting date to the repayment date.

Additional handling fee:

Counter: Domestic (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), based on 1% of the transaction amount, with a minimum of RMB 10 per transaction (or 1.5 US dollars / 120 yen). Overseas and China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan: 3% of the cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum of US$3.5/500 yen per transaction.

Other fees incurred when withdrawing cash at overseas non-Bank of China branches shall be borne by the cardholder.

Self-service terminal: Domestic (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan): 1% of the transaction amount for our bank and inter-bank, with a minimum of RMB 8/transaction for our bank and a minimum of RMB 12/transaction for inter-bank; overseas and Hong Kong and Macao of China Taiwan (non-UnionPay network): 3% of the transaction amount, with a minimum of USD 3.5/500 yen per transaction; foreign countries and China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan (UnionPay network): 1% of the transaction amount, with a minimum of RMB 15 per transaction; corporate business cards are 3% of the transaction amount, minimum RMB 30 per transaction.
