The supplementary card has a cash advance function. If you need to withdraw cash, you need to activate the cash advance function. You can activate it through the following channels:

1. If the card has not been opened, you can log in " "Pocket Life APP"-My-Card Management, select the card to be opened, click one-click to open the card and prompt the operation on time.

2. Log in to online banking, find Card Management-Password Management-Cash Advance Function Settings, activate the function, set a password, and follow the prompts.
