If the cardholder fails to repay the minimum payment amount of the previous period's bill before the payment due date (inclusive), our bank will calculate and charge corresponding late payment fees in accordance with the "China Merchants Bank Credit Card Regulations". The late payment fee is calculated as 5% of the unpaid portion of the minimum credit card payment, with a minimum charge of RMB 10 or USD 1. At the same time, all consumption in the current period will be charged interest starting from the accounting date, with a daily interest rate of 0.05%.
