(1) Inquire and trade at the nearest ATM;
(2) alarm;
(3) A copy of the original passport of the latest time;
(4) Fax the alarm record and passport copy to the fax number designated by the issuing bank.
The issuing bank requires this to prove that the credit card is now in the hands of the customer, and that the customer was not in the place where the forged transaction occurred when the forged transaction was made.
With the above evidence, the issuing bank can generally assume that the customer's card was stolen after being recorded, which is not a personal fraud of the customer.
