If you need a reminder, you can open a small transaction SMS reminder service, which can be opened through online banking, mobile banking and customer service hotline. After opening, 3 yuan will be charged every month, and then every transaction will be reminded by SMS.

Credit card consumption and cash withdrawal, the amount is more than 500, or overseas transactions, there is a default SMS reminder service, which does not need to be opened separately.

If your transaction amount is more than 500 yuan, or you have opened the small transaction SMS service but have not received the SMS, you can call the customer service hotline to report it.

Open SMS mode:

1. First, open the CCB APP, log in to your account and display it on the home page. Click the+plus button in the upper right corner.

2. Pop-up menu, select and click the message function option.

3. Then enter the message page, which contains the message content sent by mobile banking. Click the message service customization button above.

4. Next, the message service customization interface is displayed, which shows the customization of all messages. Select the credit card account information notification at the top.
