Find the order containing the product you need a refund and open it. Usually, an order will include all applications or games purchased and downloaded on the same day, including free. When you find the required order, click "Report a Problem" below. After that, a link to report the problem will be added after each item in the order list. Click on the item to be refunded, and jump to the question feedback page of official website.

Select the problem type from the drop-down menu, including: I didn't receive this application, I accidentally bought this application, it didn't work as expected, and my device is not compatible. Select the most appropriate project, describe your situation in detail, and then click Submit. After filling in, you will see the feedback below, and click "Apply for Refund" to enter the next step.
