If you have an electronic tax refund ticket: please go to the automatic counter of the electronic tax refund system to apply for tax refund. At the counter, you need to:

2. Show that you meet and accept the tourist tax refund conditions

After completing the above steps, you will receive a notification informing you of the status of the tax refund you applied for. If the status on the notification slip is "Unapproved", the electronic tax refund invoice and the notification slip are received.

When purchasing products in Singapore, give your passport to the merchant and ask them to issue a tax refund form for you. Your tax refund amount will be shown on it.
