How long does the ICBC credit card overdue report to the People's Bank of China?
ICBC will report the loss of its credit card to the People's Bank of China if it is overdue for one day. The relevant instructions are as follows:

1. Since the China Convention on Self-discipline of Bank Card Industry (hereinafter referred to as the Convention), banks should provide credit card customers with a repayment grace period of not less than 3 days. This convention is only a self-regulatory document of the industry, and there is no enforcement, so not all banks have launched time-tolerant services;

2. After the publication of the self-discipline convention, ICBC has not implemented the time tolerance service. As the longest interest-free period provided by ICBC's credit card is 56 days, which is 6 days longer than the common 50 days in the industry and has already surpassed other users, time tolerance service is not provided for the time being. ICBC's credit card still carries out the partial interest-bearing method, charging the outstanding interest, and recording it into the credit record if it is overdue for one day.

According to the repayment rules of ICBC credit cards, the due repayment date of ICBC credit cards is the last date for ICBC credit card holders to repay the current bills. Repay in full before this date, and the money owed to the bank for this transaction can be exempted from interest (except cash withdrawal).

The due repayment date of ICBC credit card is generally 25 days after the bill date (subject to the bill display). The bill date can be revised once a year. Currently, the available billing dates include 1 andNo.. 8-26.

Icbc credit card holders can enjoy interest-free treatment of consumer transactions by repaying all the payable amount before the bank bookkeeping date to the due repayment date (inclusive), which is called interest-free repayment period;

If the cardholder fails to repay in full (only the minimum repayment amount and above) before the due repayment date, ICBC will charge a certain amount of cyclic interest (the repaid amount can still enjoy the interest-free period), but it will not affect the personal credit record; If the cardholder fails to repay before the due repayment date or the repayment amount is lower than the minimum repayment amount, ICBC will charge a certain amount of circulating interest and late fees for the unpaid amount during this period, and leave a stain on the personal credit record.

If the repayment cannot be made in full before the due repayment date, ICBC will only charge five ten thousandths of overdraft interest for the unpaid overdraft consumption from the bank bookkeeping date to the repayment date, and the repaid overdraft consumption will still enjoy the interest-free repayment period without interest. Overdraft cash withdrawal and transfer shall be charged with interest at the rate of five ten thousandths per day.

Calculation of overdraft interest: the overdraft amount of the last statement is the interest-bearing principal, and the number of days from the billing date to the repayment date of overdraft transaction is the interest-bearing days, with interest calculated at the daily interest rate of 0.5 ‰ and compound interest monthly.

ICBC's credit card overdraft withdrawal does not enjoy the interest-free repayment period, and the interest is calculated at the daily interest rate of 0.5 ‰, from the bank overdraft withdrawal bookkeeping date to the day before the actual repayment bookkeeping date. Overdraft interest is compounded monthly. If the actual repayment date is later than the settled bill, the interest between your actual repayment date and the billing date will be listed in your next bill.
