How to report loss

Verbal loss reporting: suitable for those who cannot find their social security card temporarily. You can cancel the loss report after finding the card and continue to use the original card, or continue to use it after the loss reporting period expires. Original card;

Formal loss report: Applicable to if the social security card is lost or damaged, a new card will be issued after the loss is reported. The original social security card cannot be used again even if it is found. Processing materials

Verbal loss report: No materials are required. You only need to provide relevant cardholder social security card information according to the prompts of the customer service staff.

Formal report of loss:

1. Personal identity document (original and copy);

2. The agent must provide both parties’ identity documents (original and copy) . Processing process

Verbal loss report: After the cardholder loses the social security card, he can report the loss verbally through the consultation hotline "12333" or at the card service window or Taizhou Postal Savings Bank branch.

Note: When reporting a loss verbally, the name, citizen ID number and other relevant information of the lost person should be provided. Verbal loss reports are valid for 1 day.

Formal loss report: After the cardholder loses his social security card, he should go to the card service window to go through the written loss report procedure with his resident ID card or household registration certificate.

Note: The card service window will stop using the card within 4 hours of the written loss report. Application locations
