You can apply for a credit card with a Taiwanese card, and any bank can handle it. However, in addition to the Taiwanese certificate, the applicant must also have a fixed place of work and life in the mainland to apply for a home visit permit, a local work certificate, a local real estate license or a local rental agreement.
