Log in to online banking, select the credit card that you need to report the loss and make up the card on the credit card-credit card information and settings page, click the link of "Report the loss/make up the card" in the account basic information-card status, select the loss reporting type "Report the loss and make up the card", select your authentication tool at the bottom of the page, and click Next. The page will display the information of loss/replacement card, mailing method and mailing address. After you confirm that you have passed the security authentication tool, click OK, and the page shows that the credit card loss report/replacement card has been submitted successfully.
You can also log in to mobile banking and select the card you want to report loss through the function of "Home-Credit Card-Report Loss and Change Card".
Tips:
It can only be the mailing address filled in when applying for the original card, and customers can modify the mailing address through the customer information module in online banking/mobile banking.
