1. Ordinary bank card authentication: only supports ordinary savings cards of China Merchants Bank, ICBC, and China Construction Bank. This is just an ordinary savings card. It doesn’t matter whether your account can accept foreign currency. When PayPal authenticates, the amount transferred to your debit card is also in RMB.

2. Credit card authentication: only visa, master card and other international credit cards. Such international credit cards are inherently dual currency.

Bank account for PayPal cash withdrawal:

When you withdraw money from PayPal, you can only withdraw US dollars to a bank account in mainland China, so the bank account must be able to receive US dollars.
