The company was formerly known as Global Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. and was established in 1996. In 2004, Global Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. suffered a major warehouse break, and the original shareholders could not continue to operate. Under the auspices of the Futures Department of China Securities Regulatory Commission and Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau, the company was reorganized and the original shareholders withdrew. Zhongguancun Fengtai Garden Zhongcheng Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and Beijing Huaye Futong Investment Co., Ltd. became new shareholders of the company. On May 12, 2006, the company was officially renamed Zhongsheng Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. after reorganization. In June, 2006, the registered capital of the company was expanded to RMB 50 million. In June 2007, Beijing Huaye Futong Investment Co., Ltd. transferred part of its equity to Shenzhen Duoyouding Investment Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Duoyouding Investment Co., Ltd. became a shareholder of our company. There was no reorganization, capital increase and share expansion in 2008. On Jun. 65438+1Oct.1Oct., 2008, the company obtained the qualification of financial futures brokerage business, and its business scope was changed to "commodity futures brokerage and financial futures brokerage". In May 2009, the registered capital of the company was expanded to RMB 59 million. In June 2009, Beijing Huaye Futong Investment Co., Ltd., the original shareholder of the company, sold its equity to Shenzhen Duoyouding Investment Co., Ltd., and the shareholders were changed to Zhongguancun Fengtai Garden Zhongcheng Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Duoyouding Investment Co., Ltd.
