A dormant account in the futures market refers to an account that meets four conditions as of the confirmation date, that is, it has been opened for more than one year, has not held any position in the latest year, has not traded for more than one year (including one year), and the customer's equity on the confirmation date is less than 1 000 yuan (including 1 000 yuan). Among them, "no transaction" refers to "no transaction" in which there is no opening or closing transaction, and the customer has entrusted it, but ultimately there is no opening or closing transaction.
The dormant account is determined by the internal fund account of the futures company. If a customer opens an account with a number of futures companies, each company shall determine whether it belongs to a dormant account and declare its dormant application separately. Each exchange only processes the trading codes of futures companies applied by customers, and does not dormant the trading codes of customers in other futures companies. A futures company shall ensure that the dormant state of the same customer of the company in different exchanges is consistent.
