The name of the bar shall not exceed 14 Chinese characters, which are limited to Chinese characters, letters, numbers and underscores.

Post bar name cannot be duplicate with existing post bar name.

Bar names cannot contain financial information, such as "medical institutions, medical product names, stock futures lottery".
