3. On the left side of the transfer record page, select the month of electronic receipt to be searched. You can query the electronic receipt of personal online banking and mobile banking transfer within 1 year.

4. After querying the transfer record, click the transfer record below to view the transfer details.

5. Enter the transfer details page and click on the electronic receipt below.
