The third-party depository agreement is an agreement signed by the gold company, you and the bank. The funds you speculate in gold are supervised by the bank, and the security of the funds is all the responsibility of the bank. However, general gold companies do not have this third-party depository agreement. As far as I know, there are only two companies in China, and only gold companies with third-party depository agreements can guarantee the safety of funds.
