Step 1: Download CITIC Securities APP on the mobile phone;

Step 2: Log in to CITIC Securities APP；;

Step 3: There is an option to close the account in the APP. Click enter after finding it, and cancel the account according to the page prompts to complete the account cancellation.

However, if you want to cancel the account of CITIC Securities online, it should be noted that customers who have signed the GEM cannot cancel their accounts online. In addition, customers who do not meet the conditions for online account cancellation of CITIC Securities cannot pass the system audit, nor can they successfully cancel their accounts online.

In addition to online account cancellation, customers have two other ways to cancel their accounts:

1. Telephone account cancellation:
