(a) Bankruptcy is initiated or applied for by others according to the bankruptcy law, or is appointed by the court as bankruptcy administrator, bankruptcy administrator or other similar positions because of his personal business activities or property;
(b) Being found guilty or suspected of committing a crime (excluding traffic violations or other minor violations);
(3) A judgment or injunction made by a court with jurisdiction (which has not been overturned, suspended or declared invalid afterwards), which permanently or temporarily prohibits (or restricts) engaging in securities, investment consulting, banking, insurance or other businesses, and permanently or temporarily prohibits (or restricts) holding a director or management position of a listed company;
(d) It is ruled by a court with jurisdiction to violate securities-related laws, futures-related laws or anti-unfair competition laws in civil proceedings or by other relevant administrative departments (the ruling made by the court or relevant administrative departments has not been overturned, suspended or declared invalid afterwards).
