The international trade major of the Central University of Finance and Economics is still strong in the national business colleges, and its professional level is outstanding, ranking among the national A-class colleges. In 2009, the Ministry of Education ranked sixth in international trade professional strength.

There is no special requirement for the postgraduate entrance examination in this school, but the general English requirement for this kind of major is above CET-4.
