Significance of stock K-line
In stocks, not only the growth of red column and the decline of green column can be observed, but also the K line can be observed. K-line is also a good reference for evaluating stocks. Generally, the chart drawn by K line is called Yin-Yang line chart. The prototype of K-line chart is used to record the price fluctuation of Japanese rice market. Later, after summarizing and sorting out by professionals, the K-line chart gradually became a representative line chart of the stock and futures markets. The drawing method of K-diagram has been popularized in many countries, such as China, Southeast Asian countries and so on. Specifically, the daily K-line is divided into a positive line and a negative line. The red positive line indicates that the closing price is higher than the opening price, and the green negative line indicates that the closing price is lower than the opening price.
