In the past ten years, Ximai has made remarkable achievements in market network construction, brand communication, product research and development, team building and so on. Especially in the "second venture" from 200/kloc-0 to 2005, Ximai initially established five platforms: modern management, standardized marketing, optimization of industrial structure, capital operation and human resource management, which laid a solid foundation for Ximai's career.
Facing the new economic peak in China and the economic tide of the Beijing Olympic Games, Ximai has a clearer understanding of its branding, localization and internationalization strategy, and has also strengthened its confidence and determination to establish a healthy food based on oats and miscellaneous grains in China market. In the development plan of 20/2006-20 10/0, Ximai extended its products from "hot oat food" to "cold cereal food" and built three marketing centers: Pan-Yangtze River Delta, Pan-Beijing Triangle and Pan-Pearl River Delta. Through the formation of the economic circle of developed urban agglomerations, Ximai will play a role of point radiation and promote the overall improvement of the national market performance.
At present, Ximai has established two industrial parks in China, namely Guilin Ximai Industrial Park and Hezhou Ximai Industrial Park, forming a product research and development and information center with Guilin, Beijing and Guangzhou as the core.
