Article 8 of the Measures for the Administration of the Qualifications of Directors, Supervisors and Senior Managers of Futures Companies stipulates. To apply for the post qualification of an independent director, the following conditions shall be met: ① having more than 5 years of financial business experience in futures and securities or legal and accounting business experience, or having senior titles in teaching and scientific research related materials; (2) Having a bachelor's degree or above and obtaining a bachelor's degree or above; ③ Pass the qualification test approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission; (4) Have the necessary time and energy to perform their duties.
