Crazy future: what does the Geithner model mean?
Geithner's entrepreneurial model is that Geithner believes that entrepreneurship is the process of creating a new organization, that is, forming a reasonable sequence of independent behavior elements and producing ideal results.

Dimensions of Geithner's entrepreneurial model

In this model, the entrepreneurial spirit of new enterprises has four main dimensions:

(1) The individual who starts a business is an entrepreneur. Geithner believes that entrepreneurs need to have such characteristics as a sense of accomplishment, being good at taking risks and being experienced.

(2) The type of new enterprise created is organization. This dimension includes many variables such as the choice of internal institutions and organizational strategies.

(3) The environment faced by new enterprises. Mainly refers to the external factors that have an impact on entrepreneurial activities, including technical factors, supplier factors, government factors, university factors, traffic factors, population factors and so on.

(4) the process of establishing a new enterprise. It mainly includes the steps of discovering business opportunities, gathering resources, starting to produce products, establishing organizations for entrepreneurs, and responding to the government and society.
