17 。 Either party may terminate this agreement, but it shall notify the other party in writing one (1) day in advance (unless it is terminated due to Xingye cytoplasmic male sterility after receiving the notice according to Article 7, 14 and 15), but it will not affect the commission earned or the effective date of introducing customers through photography in the industry. These committees will continue to pay Societe Generale. If the termination is made before the end of this month according to the terms of this agreement, unless the termination is caused by the agreements in Articles 7, 14 and 16, in which case all commissions paid to Societe Generale and IB shall be stopped immediately and then terminated.

18 。 Xingye acknowledges that it will abide by all existing and potential rules and regulations promulgated by all relevant regulatory agencies.

19 。 Xingye should adopt and implement the policy of customer contact and publicity materials of cooperative medical care.

20 。 For example, if a customer introduces a person to open a cytoplasmic male sterility trading account, and then refuses to process an international diploma or recognize an international diploma as its international diploma project in any or all future transactions, and decides to recognize this in writing, the customer shall not regard any other international diploma as the introducing customer. No other international diploma can claim that such customers are their own customers.

2 1 。 Xingye's credit customers should not have the right to receive referrals, but failed to show that the international diploma project was in the bidding process. Cytoplasmic male sterility may not involve the credit industry, and it is a new customer of existing cytoplasmic male sterility.

22 。 Xingye shall not own any rights or claims, or proprietary interests or proprietary information in CMS field. Xingye clearly admitted that the information imparted by cytoplasmic male sterility to IB was confidential to cooperative medical care, and developed a lot of skills, time, energy and money through cooperative medical care. Without prior written approval, IB shall not publish, distribute or otherwise provide any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property information to a third party, which belongs to the field of cytoplasmic male sterility CMS. IB will not be able to copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or make derivative works of the above materials or intellectual property rights.

23 。 Without the written consent of the field of cooperative medical care, IB is not allowed to be introduced to any individual or entity's customers, and it can be regarded as competition for cooperative medical care.

24 。 It is forbidden for IB to lead customers to believe that IB is regulated by the national gun law and/or the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

25 。 Xingye needs to know, and the customers who introduce him/her also know that no third-party transaction accepts CMS fields.
