Chen Zhiqiang, male, Han nationality, born in Putian, Fujian Province, was born in March 1965. Graduated from party member Party School of the Communist Party of China, he is currently the deputy mayor of Putian Municipal People's Government.

He used to be a member of Putian Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, a member, standing committee member and secretary of Xiuyu District Committee. Focus on the overall work of Xiuyu District Committee.
