To reset the password, you need to use the registered mobile phone number associated with the bank and send a verification code to the registered mobile phone number for resetting.
Specific steps:
1. After opening Ping An Securities APP on your mobile phone, click Customer Service in the upper right corner.
2. After entering the customer service interface, send the forgotten fund password.
3. Enter the fund password reset interface, enter the fund account number, name and ID number, and click Next.
4. After clicking Next, enter the mobile phone verification code and click Next.
5. Enter the new transaction password, and then click OK to reset.
After clicking, you can successfully reset the fund password.
