(1) It is forbidden to withdraw cash through abnormal channels or take cash by fictitious transactions, false prices, cash return, etc. ;

(three) shall not be used for production, business activities, fields and purposes prohibited or restricted by the state;

(four) shall not be used for real estate project development, the purchase of housing;

(five) shall not be used for production, management, investment and other non-consumer areas.
