2, the provisions are different:

A general deposit account cannot be opened in basic deposit account (referring to the same business institution) in the depositor's bank.

Special provisions for special accounts:

(1) The funds in the "Company Bank Card Account" must be transferred from basic deposit account, and cash receipts and payments are not allowed in this account;

(2) No cash can be withdrawn from the special deposit account of "extra-budgetary funds, securities trading settlement funds, futures trading deposits and trust funds".

The general deposit account is used to handle the deposit of depositors' loans, repayment of loans and other settlement funds. This account can be used for cash deposit, but not for cash withdrawal. There is no limit to the number of accounts opened. General deposit accounts can only be paid after 3 working days from the date of formal account opening, except for general deposit accounts opened due to loan extension.
