The remuneration of the chairman is decided by the shareholders' meeting, which is the authority of the company. The shareholders' meeting has the right to elect and replace directors and supervisors who are not employee representatives, determine their remuneration and examine and approve the report of the board of directors.

Article 109 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): The board of directors shall have a chairman and may have a vice-chairman. The chairman and vice-chairman are elected by the board of directors by more than half of all directors.
