1. Dry stir-frying peanuts: Wash raw peanuts, dry them, add a proper amount of salad oil to a hot pot, add peanuts and stir-fry until the surface is slightly yellow, and add salt and starch to stir-fry until crisp.
2. Peanuts in red oil: blanch raw peanuts, remove and control the moisture, add appropriate amount of oil to the hot pot, add onion, ginger slices, minced garlic and pepper to stir fry, add peanuts, salt, chicken essence, white vinegar, sugar and other seasonings and mix well.
3. Stir-fry peanuts: blanch raw peanuts, remove and control the moisture, stir-fry with a little oil until golden brown, and heat evenly.
4. Roasting peanuts: Apply a proper amount of vegetable oil or edible salt water to the cleaned raw peanuts, then put them into a designated drying box and bake at a temperature of about 170℃ for about 15-20 minutes.
5. Sesame-scented peanuts: Blanch the washed raw peanuts, remove and control the moisture, and add appropriate amount of sesame oil, peanut oil, sugar and salt to stir fry until crispy.
Each method can be adjusted according to personal taste, adding or subtracting materials or seasonings to achieve the best taste.
