The largest enterprise in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province is Juhua Group Co., Ltd., which was rated as one of the top enterprises in China 100 in 2022.

Juhua Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Quzhou Chemical Plant, was founded in May, 1958. In order to change the situation that Zhejiang's chemical industry foundation was weak at that time and agricultural development needed chemical fertilizer, Jiang Hua, the first secretary of the provincial party committee, cared for and supported the establishment of the first large-scale chemical joint enterprise in Zhejiang Province.
