A company-based futures exchange is generally composed of shareholders' meeting, board of directors, board of supervisors (or supervisors) and senior managers:
1 The shareholders' meeting is composed of all shareholders and belongs to the highest authority of the company-based futures exchange. The shareholders' meeting may make resolutions on major issues of the company.
The board of directors is the permanent institution of the company-based futures exchange, exercising the powers granted by the shareholders' meeting, being responsible to the shareholders' meeting and implementing the resolutions of the shareholders' meeting.
The board of supervisors (or supervisors) shall be responsible for the shareholders' meeting, supervise the legality of the performance of duties by a series of senior management personnel such as the company's finance, directors and managers, and resolutely safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company and shareholders.
The general manager is a senior manager responsible for the daily operation and management of the futures exchange. Responsible to the board of directors, and the general manager shall be appointed or dismissed by the board of directors.
To sum up, we can see that all parts of the futures exchange perform their respective duties and restrict each other. Second, to judge whether a futures exchange belongs to a corporate futures exchange, we can refer to Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Hong Kong Futures Exchange and London International Petroleum Exchange.
